The current globalization should be viewed as a part of kind's global spiritual transformation of one global big family living in small planet, and not merely as the global economic movement that should be dealt with holistically. Globalization is a battle field struggle to search a new world to live peacefully and decently base on fair share of power, responsibilities and wealth under the philosophy of global vision.
Indonesia should design its global visionary plan to meet economic globalization challenges in 2020. City developments should find its base and rooted strongly in its past, incorporating historical development milestones and the generated concomitance and acculturation process and human values, followed by a global visionary architectural and city planning design.
An architectural icon of world solidarity should be estabilished reflecting a global acculturation of the new world of 2020. This is the city global vision reflecting a new homeland for all citizens of the world to live in peace and freedom. We hope the future Jakarta would become a city of peace and freedom.
