The Optimizing of Procurement System Application To Shipbuliding At Indonesia Port Corporation II

Tugboat services are an important part of Indonesia Port Corporation II (IPC) as a port operator. IPC II as the largest port operator in Indonesia that still continue to developing their business would be needs a large number of tugboat in the future for support a port services.
In this case the development process of the tugs would be particularly as an important to give a magnitude for IPC II needed. The existing process of shipbuilding procurement had a several problem that occurs during the process of production. Therefore in this thesis I he Author will provide the best solution for improving shipbuilding procurement in the future.
Improving the shipbuilding procurement process of tugs certainly requires a considerable support from internal employee of IPC II, Board of director also third parties who will be related in these development of ship construction such as shipyard, consultant of ship design, supervisor, supplier and engine manufacturing to support the procurement system for IPC II will be gets a good ships.
