Indonesia Port Corporation II (IPC II) is one of the State Own Enterprises which is running business on the port services in Indonesia. There are four state-owned Enterprises which run port services in Indonesia. Even they are doing business in the same field, port services; there is no competition among them.  Every state own enterprises has their own territory. Before 2008, they dominate and manage public and commercial port services in Indonesia. They have become a monopoly actor in this business area, and protected by Indonesian law.
