The purpose of writing this thesis is to analyze the path with the technology acceptance model (TAM) and develop a web-based knowledge management system for the company's internal. The website will be a container for storing, managing, documenting, and distributing knowledge as a means of communication and learning media among employees at PT. Yodya Karya (Persero). Path analysis aims to determine the extent to which the intentions of employees to the knowledge management to support more strongly to do design a knowledge management system. In making this website, the method used is the approach Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD). While the basic analysis is the distribution of questionnaires to 63 respondents and processed using SPSS to analyze the path with TAM model of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward computer, organizational culture, and intention to use knowledge management for employees. From the analysis, it was found that there are significant between attitude toward computer and organizational culture to the intentions of employees using knowledge management system. The conclusions that can be obtained is a knowledge management system design is considered the most appropriate to be implemented in the company because it is supported by the good attitude toward computers and a strong organizational culture with application features is yellow pages, wikis, forums, document management system, lesson learned, notes of meetings, message, events, and news.
