Development of a city logistics concept
This paper presents the future workshop as a method and course of action used in a kick-off seminar aiming at initiating the development of a business concept for city logistics. This case study is evidence of how development processes within the field of transport and logistics may involve participatory methods to establish inter-organisational arenas of learning and initiate dialogue across functional barriers more than is the case today.
