Indones ia will open up to foreign investments in its logistics sector during H110 after it amends current rules that restrict foreign ownership. The government will revise its 'negative investment lis t' that limits foreig ownership in education, telecommunications , courier services and logistics , creative industries , and healthcare sectors . The change will enable foreign companies to take majority s takes in companies in the five sectors , but ownership of logistics companies is still likely to be limited to only 4 9%. Industry observers believe the foreig n investment will help in strengthening the Indonesian logistics sector as it will res ult in enhancing operational capabilities .
