News: Finland-based Konecranes and PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) have entered an agreement for Automated RTG (ARTG) system. Under the agreement, Konecranes will provide 11 ARTG cranes , remote operating stations and container yard automation infrastructure like intelligent container stack gates to Pelabuhan in 20 15. The ARTG system will be installed at Pelabuhan's Terminal Petikemas Semarang in order to boos t its container handling capacity. The financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed (PortNews ).
